ReFlex Mind Coaching was founded in 2015 by Hilary Ewart, a seasoned professional with over 18 years of experience in leadership and team development, organizational psychology, human resources and strategic business execution.

Hilary holds a master's degree in Executive and Organizational Coaching, is an International Coaching Federation Professional Certified Coach (PCC). and a Certified Emotional Intelligence Practitioner, helping leaders develop and apply Emotional Intelligence in their leadership journey.

Her unique blend of professional experience and personal achievements sets her apart. As an accomplished ultra-marathoner, having completed the gruelling Racing the Planet, 4 deserts Gobi March—a 250 km self-supported foot race—and the challenging Himalayan 100-mile event, she understands the power of perseverance, resilience, and pushing boundaries.
